Rob and Linda have been together since 1987. They met in Vancouver BC on a motorcycle training course, where Rob successfully showed Linda how to stay upright on a motorcycle without injuring herself or anyone else. At the time Rob was operating his own motorcycle courier company in Vancouver. Prior to this he had eked out a living within the kitchens and dining rooms of restaurants throughout Western Canada and Essex, England.

Linda was an RN when she met up with Rob, and was part of the decision to take early retirement in '95. Living on a sailboat on BC's west coast melded into touring Baja Mexico and the four corners of the USA in a converted Greyhound coach. We returned to the Okanagan in '99, and Linda is happy to have her garden back!

On the subject of pets, we have 2 of them. 'Josie' and 'Piper' are precocious "We run the house" Italian Greyhounds.  They are very human friendly dogs, and they have their own play area in the garden.
