Welcome to the Penticton Terrace Bed and Breakfast. Located on the east bench of the city, the Penticton Terrace is an executive bed and breakfast nestled on the lower slopes of Campbell Mountain offering you views of Skaha Lake to the south, the city to the west, and Giants Head Mountain/Summerland to the north.

The 8 acre property, 3 acres of which is fenced and gated, is 4 minutes from downtown and Okanagan Lake. We are ideally situated for access to the 23 wineries that make up the Naramata Bench as it winds through orchards and vineyards to the village of Naramata. The Stonehill and Mistral Wineries are just below us. Hiking and mountain bike trails start at the top of the property. Be prepared to see muley and white tailed deer on the hillside; quail, magpies, jays, hummingbirds, finches, northern orioles, and juncos all vie for their own airspace around the garden. On a summer evening the crickets will lull you to sleep.

Whether your visit to Penticton is for business or pleasure, your hosts Rob and Linda Yule will endeavor to make your stay relaxing and stress free. We invite you to come and stay with us for as long as you like.

We have developed an adult oriented complex, with 3 deluxe guest rooms( 1 King 2 Queen), each with its own separate entrance. Rooms 1 and 3 allow for wheelchair access through the room and to the shower. The large terrace outside your suite allows you plenty of room to relax on a sunlounger, sip on a glass of local wine and watch the sun dip behind N'kwala Mountain to the west. Feel free to walk around the garden. If you feel more emboldened, step outside the gate and hike up Campbell mountain for the most impressive views of the valley. Ride your mountain bike over the many miles of trails and logging roads waiting for you to discover.

Breakfast is served either on the upstairs verandah, in the dining room or out in the garden, with the early morning sun creeping over Campbell Mountain. Breakfast dishes are for the most part varied. Traditional Eggs Benedict is de rigueur. Continental Breakfast is available from 630am . Civilized breakfast is served between 730am and 9am.

Please note that we do have two very sociable dogs, Piper and Josie on the right, as members of our family. They are fenced in, but will greet you at the door. We look forward to seeing you.
